on my love for exercise
Very early on in life, I started loving the thrill of a workout done and smashed. I don't think I was always an amazingly fit person - there's always been times I fell off the bandwagon and I no longer exercise for sport.
Sometimes I think I should change that. Pick up a sport as a hobby. Martial arts would be something I'm guaranteed to get WAY too passionate about, so maybe that's a bad choice. I feel like the safe one is dancing. I could pick up something weird and different, but. Hm. I don't know.
Right now I'm considering surfing. Of course, I'll have to get back into swimming first, which will require more set up - but is ultimately more doable. I'll have to figure out a good place to swim and committing to at least swimming around two hours every month (to start with).
I'll also need to get goggles, sunscreen, and a swimsuit... Ugh. But. Hm.
Yeah, do you see my problem?
I know swimming is supposed to be great for hypermobility though. And I'll be able to work my way down to surfing.
Fine.
